Pay via eSewa or Khalti — both NRB-licensed payment gateways. Never transfer money directly to a seller's personal account.
Check the item on arrival. If it does not match the listing, raise a dispute within 7 days.

- Always pay through Vesh Nepal's checkout — never via direct bank transfer or cash apps outside the platform.
- Vesh Nepal will never ask for your bank PIN, eSewa password, or OTP via phone or message.
- If a seller asks you to pay outside the platform, report them immediately.
