Why We Verify

Consumer Protection Act 2075, Section 31 requires marketplace operators to maintain records of sellers and facilitate consumer redress. Verification ensures buyers can identify and contact sellers if issues arise.

How to Get Verified

Create your account

Sign up with a valid Nepali mobile number. OTP verification is automatic.

Upload ID document

Go to Account → Verification. Upload a clear photo of your citizenship card or National ID (front & back).

Wait for review

Our team reviews submissions within 1–2 business days. You'll be notified via SMS.

Get your badge

Verified sellers receive a checkmark badge visible to all buyers on their profile and listings.
