How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up in the top navigation, enter your mobile number, and verify with the OTP sent to your phone. Your account is ready instantly.
Is it free to list items?
Yes — listing is completely free. Vesh Nepal charges a small commission only when your item sells. See our Fees & Charges page for details.
How do I pay for an item?
Vesh Nepal supports eSewa and Khalti — both NRB-licensed digital payment gateways. Cash on delivery may be offered by individual sellers for local meet-ups.
What if the item I receive is not as described?
You are protected under Consumer Protection Act 2075. Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item. See our Dispute Resolution process.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, the seller shares a tracking number via in-app chat. Go to My Orders in your account to view order status.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Click the Report button on any listing. Our Trust & Safety team reviews reports within 24 hours.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click Forgot Password? on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number and we'll send an OTP to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings → Privacy and select Delete Account. Your data will be removed in accordance with Nepal's Privacy Act 2075 within 30 days.
