Sellers are identity-verified using Nepal citizenship cards or NID. Verified sellers display a checkmark badge.
Secure Payments
All transactions use NRB-licensed gateways (eSewa, Khalti). We never handle your payment credentials.
Listing Review
Our moderation team reviews flagged listings and removes counterfeit, prohibited, or misleading content.
Privacy Protection
Your personal data is protected under Nepal's Privacy Act 2075. We never sell your data to third parties.
Prohibited Behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegally acquired goods
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
- Soliciting payments outside the platform
- Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
- Posting false or misleading listings
- Attempting to defraud buyers or sellers
Scam Awareness
- Off-platform payment requests — Legitimate sellers will never ask you to pay via direct bank transfer or personal mobile banking outside Vesh Nepal's checkout.
- Too-good-to-be-true prices — Extremely low prices may indicate counterfeit or non-existent items.
- Phishing messages — Vesh Nepal will never ask for your password, PIN, or OTP via SMS or call.
- Fake courier links — Always verify tracking links via the official courier website, not links sent in chat.

Report a User
Visit the user's profile and click Report. Include details of the issue.
